As the founder of Pressed Petal LLC, she has built a customer-focused brand around personalized products, retail experiences, and community events. At Grounded, Caileigh shapes the homeowner experience — ensuring every client feels guided, confident, and supported from first question to final planting. Her background in education, hospitality, and brand-building makes the design and delivery process feel approachable for DIY’ers who want a beautiful yard without the guesswork.
